Sourdough masterclass


The ultimate gift for someone who truly loves sourdough. I'm running two sourdough masterclasses in person at the bakery.

Numbers will be small so that we can all go at the same pace. Courses last half a day and will be on the following dates:

  • Sunday 4 February, 3pm to 7.30pm
  • Sunday 4 March, 3pm to 7.30pm

Using three types of dough, we'll cover key techniques for shaping, proving, baking (and, of course, devouring) loaves and sourdough pizza. 

When booking you'll be asked to choose a date. If you'd like to change your booking at an point, please get in touch via email and I'll do our best to accomodate. Likewise, if you have any special requirements please make a note of them and I'll see what I can do.
