Bread By Bike Ltd ("us", "we", or "our") operates (“our website”) and Bread By Bike Delivery (“our services”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information we receive and collect.

When signing up for our services (including our email newsletter and delivery service), buying one of our products online, sending us an email or communicating in other digital forms (for example supporting us on a crowdfunding platform), you are voluntarily giving us personally identifiable information that we collect. Consent for us to process this personal data will be provided at that time.

How we use the information

Bread By Bike will never sell the information you provide or the data we collect to a third party service.

Information we collect automatically is used to improve our website, services and products based on your interaction with us. Sometimes it will be necessary to share the information with trusted third parties to achieve this.

Information you provide us with voluntarily is used to send you updates and promotional materials through our email newsletter, updates about your use of our services, or updates about purchases you have made. It is stored securely within Google Drive and our Mailchimp account.

You can opt out of email newsletters by following the instructions contained in the emails, or request not to be contacted via email by writing to with your request.

Your information will be handled and used by our staff team to deliver the services we provide: our website and email marketing communications.

We will keep your information within Bread By Bike and our trusted third parties except where disclosure is required by law, for example to government bodies and law enforcement agencies.


How long we keep the information

Information you provide us with voluntarily is retained indefinitely, to ensure that we can contact you about a product or service you have received from us.

If you tell us that you no longer wish to receive email communication about our products and services, we will keep this information about you until you tell us otherwise. This is to ensure that we don’t send you any further email communications in error.


Lawful justification

Our lawful basis for processing personal data and sending you email communications about Bread By Bike products and services is that you have given clear consent for your personal data to be used for this specific purpose. You are always in control of your data. You can opt in or out of receiving these communications during the registration process for the Bread By Bike newsletter. You can also unsubscribe from Bread By Bike email communications by clicking ‘Unsubscribe’ on the footer of a Bread By Bike email newsletter.

Further, for those using our services it will be necessary for us to process your personal data to fulfil our contractual obligations by, for example, sending correspondence in connection with those obligations.

This privacy policy is effective as of 23 May 2018 and was last updated on 27 May 2018 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.

We reserve the right to update or change our privacy policy at any time and you should check this page periodically. Your continued use of our website or service after we post any modifications to the privacy policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified privacy policy.

If we make any material changes to this policy, we will notify you either through the email address you have provided us, or by placing a prominent notice on our website.
