We’re thrilled to welcome guest chef, Brandon Peatman for our next Bread by Night event. A graduate of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, Brandon started his culinary journey in The Connaught Hotel before honing his skills at Westerns Laundry, Tollington’s Fish Bar and most recently, Primeur.
Brandon brings a unique blend of classic French techniques while infusing modern flair into each dish with a commitment to seasonality and sustainability. Expect to see dishes such as potato and pumpkin pithiviers and apple eclairs.

To secure your place, select the number of people by adding the qty of your desired seating time to your basket. This booking is for Saturday 23rd November.
To avoid costly 'no-show's' on the night we have to take a deposit of £10 per person.
The booking fee will be deducted from your bill on the evening and refunded to cancellations made 24hrs before the event.
